What You Can Expect From Your Treatment

  • A health evaluation/questionnaire so that your therapy can be tailored to your specific needs.
  • Complete consideration for your privacy and comfort at all times. The therapist will ask you to disrobe in private and to be on the table underneath the draping provided. They will knock before entering the room.
  • A sturdy, well cushioned massage table. Warm, heated blankets are provided for your comfort.
  • The chest and abdomen are vulnerable areas for most people and will only be worked on by request.
  • We recommend you drink plenty of water and rest after each session so that the toxins and other residues from your muscles are released from your system allowing you to receive the full benefit of the massage treatment.
